Prince William, Kate Middleton and their children all wore NHS blue as they led the latest week of Clap for Carers this evening – as millions of Britons saluted key workers from their doorsteps.

During the BBC special Big Night In, Prince William, Duchess Kate, and their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, all came together to honor those working to combat the ongoing global pandemic

The Clap For Our Carers takes places weekly on Thursdays at 8pm around the country, with people standing outside their homes and on balconies to show their appreciation for NHS staff and other key workers during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Prince Charles and wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, were also featured in a video posted on their official Twitter account clapping for carers outside the front door of their Scottish home in Birkhall.

“The weekly #ClapForCarers and #NHSHeroes is a brilliant demonstration of how the UK unites in moments of crisis.” Representative of Boris Johnson tweet
